Just measured my weight, cuz i havent been doing tat for the past weeks. Unable to face the fact that i'm eating more than usual[due to the good food lying around in my house], i didnt wanted to step up the weighting machine....
And now the truth reveal......

i've gained another KG!!!
ARrrhhhh!!!
Immediately i forced myself doing jumping jack[60], push up[30] and leg lifting [30 sec x 4].
I know it's useless now.... [still remember that i had nasi lemak, oreo chocolate bubble tea and fruits for lunch. Restuarant-like dishes at angela's house for dinner and chocolate for dessert.]
OMG!
From tmr onwards, no sweet and salty food [especially tidbits and chocolate]. Less starch food [like potatoes and rice]. And twice workout at gym....
After calculating, i've decided to loss abt 4kg and maintance my weight after tat. I dunno how i can do this [maybe signing up membership at some fitness center?]. So i'll set to indugle once every 3 days and subsequently increase to once every 5 days. Can i do it?? i hope i can.... T.T
Less food in the coming days..... Sob sob!
