Planning my schedule for next week. I hope i keep up with it.
It's been a long time since i had a good sweat so i'll start light to keep me going for the next 1 month or so.
I will lose 5kg by end of Dec!
I will not say try again! Because try means no work will be done.
And i really want to lose that 5kg to keep myself fit for the new year 2009.
It's going to be a challenging for the new year 2009 and a healthy body will help to get through the year better.
So if anyone is interested to keep fit, ask me or tag me along k!
Partly i wanna look better on photos when i'm in Japan! haha! Motivations to keep me going! =P

Rest is definitely needed for our body to rest and to recharge our energy level.
Need to work on my food intake too! But meanwhile, i'll work on my keep fit plan first!!!
Gotta finish those unfinish business stuffs by friday. (Renew Passport, etc)
It's Friday tomorrow! Woo hoo!!
