December is always a month filled with joyful and definitely always a festive spirit for most of us. Unfortunately, i know that i'm gonna have the worst xmas ever!
One of my colleagues broke down today. I guess the new implementation of processes hit us badly. Our dept barely had anyone working in our team. Just like today, we have less than 8 people working most of the time out of 12 of ppl. Work naturally falls on us and though volume is low, we have more processes to learn and of cuz takes more time to work on it.
I believed there is still a lot of blind spots/activities that were not taken account of and therefore causing time loss. Time loss is a big "hoo haa" and speaking of effciency, those ang mos think we're made of metal (and maybe robots).
Implementing new processes are good ideas especially jobs rotation, but sometimes, it really depend on the nature of the job and of cuz the System! System lousy = manual work. System good = good effciency. That's how i calculate effciency. I mean if you dunn have the money to upgrade and change the system (for the better), then effciency will nv be better. Seriously, i think i shouldnt be commenting so much since i'm just a small fry in my com.
Although i din broke down like my colleague, but like her, i'm still trying to get used to it and working around with it. Even if the stats are wrongly calculate, i cant really be bothered. I can only do an estimation how much time i spend on 1 process. Afterall, i'm not a ruler or robot, i cant measure.
Just spend abt an hour doing up an email for my aunt. Briefly informed her on our itinerary for our Japan Trip this coming Jan. *Tired
Though it's Friday tomorrow, i dunn feel happy at all.
I've received my 1st Degree result today and i din make it...
Dunn wanna mentioned it anymore...
