Patience is a Virtue and Reward

It's really weird that i got myself fishing as a hobby, prawn fishing to be exact. Had my first tried yesterday after dinner at Punggol Marina with dear. For the past 3 hours, we caught none! Totally frustrating! But i guess i'm those ppl who never say die, so i went home to do some research on prawn fishing.

Back to prawn fishing again today at Bishan Golf Park. This time round dear and i caught 7 prawns!!! haha! Definitely not the best beginner's number but i guess we did pretty well without the help or advice from the professionals. But i know dear isnt really happy abt it thought, cause it's a expensive hobby afterall. Haizz...

I still think that it's a pretty good chill out place to hang out with friends. Although there is no TV or comfortable seats, the quiet environment and the constant running water actually seems to have a calming effect on me. No wonder it's a good chill out place for working ppl after work. Some ppl might not like it cause it's kind like uncle's hobby, but be surprise that there's quite a number of young teens there and girls are quite good at fishing too.

After fishing still can BBQ the prawns you caught and ate it on the spot.

1 thing i learn abt fishing is that patience is not only a virtue but will also reward you (with prawns). Not too excited and restless. A good hobby to train and test on our patience.

So much for fishing now, it's time i get back to projects and work. Will try to go prawn fishing again once i'm done with my Law Test. Anyone care to join me?? =P
